Terms and Conditions

Ordering: Once your order is submitted, we will process and deliver the items unless you contact us to cancel or amend your order. Order modifications must be received prior to midnight Sunday to be accepted. Please contact us either via phone or e-mail to cancel or amend your order. 

Prices: All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Order minimum: Orders have a minimum of $50 to qualify for shipping. If your order is below the minimum, your order will be cancelled. Local pick up is available for orders below $50. 

Order deadline: Orders must be placed prior to midnight Sunday in order to receive delivery the following week. If placed after this time, your order will be processed the following week. 

Delivery: Order delivery will be carried out either by a member of Woodstone Pantry or a courier service. Delivery charges will be displayed on your shopping cart prior to submitting your order. Delivery fee is dependent on your location and the weight of your order. The maximum order weight is 25kg. Orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping. Free pick up from our location in Mullaloo is also available. Woodstone Pantry do not take responsibility for lost or misplaced items during the delivery process. We can however assist with the retrieval process. If you are not home at the time of delivery we will leave the parcel at the front door unless you specify a preferred location. 

Delivery locations: Woodstone Pantry now delivers Australia wide including most regional areas. If your postcode is not recognised during the checkout process, please contact Woodstone Pantry directly either via phone or email to discuss shipping costs. 

Unavailable goods: If an ordered item is out of stock or unavailable we will provide a refund. 

Returns policy: Upon receiving the goods, the customer agrees to examine the goods and notify us of any defects within 48 hours of delivery. Please notify us via phone or e-mail if you receive faulty or damaged goods. Using our discretion, a refund or product replacement will be offered if deemed appropriate. Unfortunately a refund will not be recognised after the 48 hour period.
