Bliss balls are so quick and easy! They are fantastic as a morning or afternoon snack, an after dinner treat or even a quick breakfast on the go. Kids love them and they are much healthier than packaged, store bought snacks for kids in the supermarket. Make a big batch and pop them in the freezer-they will last ages.
If your new to making bliss balls, this recipe is a great place to start. Once you get more confident you can start experimenting with different nuts, dried fruits, seeds and flavourings.

BLISS BALL RECIPE
2 cups raw almonds
350g medjool dates
2/3 cup cacao powder
desiccated coconut for rolling
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until the mixture is moist and clumps together. Roll the mixture into bite size balls and roll in desiccated coconut. Store them in the fridge. Yummo!
